Baby Registry with Babies R Us {and Giveaway!}

We are expecting baby number 4 and couldn't be more excited!  My due date is in mid December, so we're looking forward to having a little Christmas baby to snuggle this winter!

You'd think that after three kids I'd have all the essentials, but I still find things that I feel would be super helpful for a new baby.  Last week I went to Babies "R" Us and created my free baby registry there.  Babies "R" Us is the perfect place to register...they have registry consultants to help you, you can add items in the store (with a handheld scanner) or at home online, they give you idea lists so you don't forget any of the essentials, and when you register in store they give you a cute bag full of samples and coupons (like a $5 off your next $25 purchase!).  And they even gave me a bottle of water to drink as I walked through the store.  Helpful people, those Babies "R" Us employees!

Babies "R" Us is running an awesome promotion now through November 15th.  If you create a baby registry (it's free and easy!) during this time frame you can earn up to $200 back on items purchased off your registry!  How is that for amazing!  You can find out more here

Babies“R”Us is THE leading dedicated baby products retailer, and its registry, to date, has been used by more than 18 million parents and caregivers.

I recently created a baby registry and some of the things I registered for are swaddle blankets, newborn diapers (even though we use cloth having disposables for the first weeks is so helpful with adjusting to a new baby!), a white noise machine, a Moby Wrap (I've heard such good things about these and think having one will be a life saver as I try to keep up with my older kids!), JJ.Cole Bundle Me for our car seat, a Boppy pillow, and some baby washcloths.  My girls came with me to the store and they were both eager to help me choose toys, clothes, and feeding items for the new baby.

If you are expecting your first baby some of the essentials (in my opinion!) are:
-car seat
-crib/sheets/blankets
-diapers! and wipes
-nursing cover
-bottles (even if you're planning on nursing having a few is helpful!)
-stroller
-diaper bag (I've never had good luck with the free ones from the hospital- they always break quickly!)
-clothes (we'll be using mostly my son's outgrown baby clothes for this baby so I hopefully won't have to buy much for this new little one.)

Babies "R" Us provided me with a gift card to help me prepare for our baby, and they are generously offering a $50 gift card to one of my readers!  (Sorry, this giveaway is open to US residents only.)  To enter please use the form below.
